Following his graduation from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2019, Attorney-at-Law Mert Mertcan gives consultancy services especially on Commercial Law, E-Commerce Law, Personal Data Protection Law, Information Technologies Law, Technology, Media and Telecommunication Law, Competition Law, Corporate Law and Contract Law. Mr. Mertcan conducted in the implementation of Compliance and Supervision Projects on Personal Data Protection within national and international companies operating in awide range of sectors.

Additionally, he has a litigation experience in corporate law and commercial law. He has excellent command of English.

Att. Mert Mertcan is member of Young ISTAC, Istanbul Bar Association Personal Data Protection Commission and İstanbul Bar Association.
