Attorney at Law

Attorney Ezgi Köse completed her undergraduate education at Istanbul Kadir Has University, Faculty of Law, with full scholarship. After completing her legal internship at the Istanbul Bar Association, she completed her master's degree in 2013 on European Union and International Business Law at Leiden University in the Netherlands. She prepared her master's thesis on “Change in Governments: Protection Of ICSID- A Comparative Analysis of Pre and Post Dispute Mechanisms”. Ezgi is fluent on legal English, also knows German at a beginner level. Ezgi Köse has gained significant experience during her working life in the fields of international commercial law, labor law, data protection law and competition law.

Ms. Köse has significant experience in employment law, recruitment, and termination processes; especially in drafting and negotiation of employment agreements, instruct company regulations, reconstructing, disciplinary and termination processes, work safety, social security maternity leave, managing lawsuits and pursue litigation process and all related issues under employment law.
