H. Berkol ERCENK

H. Berkol Ercenk graduated in 2005 from Marmara University Faculty of Law and following his attorney internship completed at Ankara in 2006, he received his Attorney’s License from Istanbul Bar Association in 2007 and started his professional law practice.

After completing his bachelor studies in 2005, H. Berkol Ercenk took part in International Private Law Certificate Program at Den Haag International Law Academy and in 2009, he started his graduate studies at the European Institute of Germany’s Saarland University on European Union, Competition Law and International Business Law. Following his Germany career, H. Berkol Ercenk also completed Istanbul Bilgi University Economy Law Graduate Program in 2011.

Since 2007, Mr. Ercenk is acting as the attorney of domestic and foreign multinational companies and providing them advisory and consultancy services mainly in the fields of Business Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Contracts Law, Labour Law, Media Law, Alternative Dispute Settlement and International Law. He is representing domestic and multinational clients in disputes before the courts and arbitration committees. Further to the foregoing, he is providing advisory services to his clients in respect of intercontinental share transfers and M&A transactions. H. Berkol Ercenk is also acting as a mediator.

H. Berkol Ercenk is holding memberships before Istanbul Bar Association and London International Court of Arbitration, Young Arbitration Group and Union Internationale des Avocats. As a sworn translator before Ankara 30th and 54th Notary Public Offices, Ercenk is fluent in English at professional level.
